The transfer certificate will be issued only on receipt of a written application signed by both the parents and personally handed over to the Principal by the parents of the student. Before withdrawing a student from the school a month's notice is to be given or a months fee in lieu of notice. Those who take T.C. after the month of June are required to clear the whole year's fee. No certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
Irregular attendance and habitual illness or idleness, objectionable moral behaviour, conduct detrimental to the ordinary life of the school, continual failure to make satisfactory progress in studies and above all discourtesy, disrespect and disobedience to teachers and staff are each a sufficient cause for dismissal of the pupil.
Any student who fails 2 years in succession in the same class or fails twice in three consecutive years will not be allowed to continue. A student who has been dismissed from the school is not readmitted. A student who has taken T.C., except in the case of transfer of residence will not be readmitted to the school.
Any certificate from the school will cost Rs. 100/-
The decision of the Principal will be final in all cases of dismissal and withdrawal.
