Promotion at the end of the year will be based on attendance, continuous assessment in every subject, work done during the year and the overall conduct record.
Continuous assessments are meant to ensure regularity on the part of the student. Unit tests and class tests are an important part of the continuous assessment for the progress of the student. The answer scripts of these tests are shown to the students and guardians. A student is accepted to enter his/her marks in the relevant columns of achievement record in his/her school calendar.
For students who are absent for any assessment or exam, no provision can be made for supplementary tests. Failure to appear to any assessment can seriously affect students academic progress and promotion. There is no arrangement for re-examination or promotion on trial. However no student must come to school to write a test and go back home after the test. He/She must attend the full day dress.
After half yearly exam progress report will be shown and after the annual exam it will be given to the parents. The progress report must be collected by the parents on the stipulated day. Defaulters may be penalized through fine.
Normally a student should pass in all subjects.
Examines are not accepted to indulge in any of the following acts:-
Breach of any of the regulation of the conduct at examination or indiscipline in or outside the examination room, the use of unfair means, even if discovered subsequently, will merit in the cancellation of the particular paper and the student concerned will be awarded zero marks.
A student who made arrangements to obtain unfair help in connection with the question papers from any other person is liable to have his/her result in the examination cancelled as a whole. Candidates who are detected giving or obtaining or attempting to give or obtain unfair assistance or who are otherwise detected any dishonesty. Whatsoever, will be debarred from the examination.
A student is not expected to have in his/her possession any book, pocket book, notes or paper whatsoever during the examination.
Possession of any of the above may result in suspension and in the event of serious nature - to be judged by the Principal - may result in dismissal from the school. A student who has recourse to premeditate cheating will be given TC at the end of the year.
In all matters of promotion or failure the Principal's decision is final.
