Mary Immaculate School, Bidhan Nagar is established and administered by the Registered society of Kolkata Province of Catechist Sisters of Mary Immaculate help of Christians. It is a minority educational institution belonging to the Catholic Church. Provision is also made for admission of students of other faiths.

St Paul's School is a Christian minority co-education English Medium School recognized by the Government of West Bengal School Education Department and affiliated to the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE), New Delhi, established and under the Religious jurisdiction of the Roman catholic Bishop of Bagdogra Diocese managed by Sisters of Mary Immaculate (SMI). The School is named after Saint Paul who was a learned Scholar and a great teacher of the first Century AD. His conviction was that all human being, created in the image and likeness of God are called to love one's neighbors in Imation of Jesus Christ whose fervent disciple Saint Paul was. Thus excellence in all aspects of life is the goal of the school. Being a Christian Institution, all the students must attend classes of Moral Science, which deal with moral principles, values and rules of conduct. A student must strive to attain qualities of mind and heart and integrate into his life virtue such as honesty, sincerity, piety, compassion, generosity, love for nature and self-reliance.

Forms are available 'online'. Parents and Guardians are required to fill the form online website: www.stpaulbidhannagar.in, fill-in the required details and submit the same online. Please note that any application form, not duly filled in or the forms that are incomplete will be automatically rejected by the software. You must take two copies of the entire document for future use and reference. Your form will have a unique Registration Number which will be used for all future correspondence and reference.

Kindly go through the Instructions carefully mentioned below before filling up the form.

ADMISSION FORM FEE

Pay online after submitting the Form. A sum of Rs.400/- (Rs. Three Hundred only) will have to be paid online as the form fee while filling up the form. This money will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. Once the payment is successful, kindly wait for the page to redirect back to the application which will mark the status of payment on the application form as paid. The application form copy must be kept and presented for verification at the time of the interaction.

ADMISSION FORM

  • The Online Admission Form will be available in the School Website (www.stpaulbidhannagar.in) from Tuesday ,3rd January 2023.
  • The Offline Admission Form will be available from the School Office from Tuesday, 3rd January 2023 to 27th January 2023.
  • Interview for Class I : Saturday, 4th February 2023, at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • Interview for Class II onwards : Saturday, 11th February 2023, at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Submission of the admission form and documents

  • The printout of the ONLINE ADMISSION FORM with photocopies of the necessary documents must be submitted in the School Office on the day of Admission.
  • The OFFLINE ADMISSION FORM with photocopies of the necessary documents must be submitted in the School Office on the day of Admission.

Admission

  • Class I : Saturday, 18th February 2023 at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • Class II onwards: Saturday, 4th March 2023 at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Documents to be submitted with the Admission Form.

  • Application Form duly filled in with a recent passport-size photograph affixed on the Form.
  • Last school report card
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
  • Aadhar Card.
  • A recent photograph of the Family (Father, Mother and all children)
  • Photocopies of the Birth Certificate (Hospital Discharge Certificate/Nursing Home Card) and Birth Registration Certificate with the Municipality/ Panchayat.
  • Proof of names of both parents (attach photocopy of: Aadhar card/ Voter Id/ Birth Certificate)
  • Child’s Immunization record.
  • Medical certificate of physical fitness from Govt. Hospital
  • Proof of Residential Address. (Self -attested)
  • Blood Group certificate original of the child to be submitted.
  • SC/ST/OBC (Substantiate with documents in the candidate’s name)

SELECTION

Based on Interaction The candidates will be selected based on the performance in the admission test along with interaction with the parents and the candidate by the Principal or one delegated by her. Recommendations will DEBAR the admission to the school. Selection for Interaction is not a guarantee for admission. The School doesn't authorize any dealing by anyone which involves money with regard to the procedures that are followed after applying Online.

NOTE:

  • While paying admission form fee, after the payment is done you are requested to wait for sometime for the page to redirect back to the application page and the payment status to be marked as paid.
  • The Form has to be downloaded after payment is made and redirected back to the application.
  • The Form Status "Pending" means the form has been submitted to school and is pending for further process.
